WHAT CLENBUTEROL IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR
Clenbuterol is a bronchodilator medicine. It relaxes the smooth muscles of the bronchi, improves their passage, removes the wheezing and relieves breathing. It is used to remove bronchial spasm in asthma and other lung diseases.
2. BEFORE YOU TAKE CLANBUTEROL
Do not take Clenbuterol :
if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the active substance or any of the other ingredients of the product;
if you have thyrotoxicosis (increased thyroid function);
cardiovascular disease – ischemic heart disease (abnormal blood supply of the heart muscle), high blood pressure, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy and heart rhythm (tachyarrhythmia) or angina (chest pain);
if you have recently had a myocardial infarction (heart attack);
during the first three months of pregnancy.
Take special care with Clenbuterol
Before starting clenbuterol, tell your doctor if you have other conditions such as: prostate enlargement, diabetes.
Prolonged treatment with high doses of clenbuterol causes an increase in muscle mass due to its anabolic effect.
Athletes have a positive doping test result with clenbuterol.
Taking other medicines
Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.
Clenbuterol may alter the activity of individual medicines or vice versa, they can alter its effects. You should not take clenbuterol at the same time:
other medicines to treat bronchospasm (eg salbutamol, theophylline, newfilin, etc.);
corticosteroids, diuretics (medicines for drainage), medicines for the treatment of heart failure (digitalis glycosides), halothane and other narcotic drugs, medicines for the treatment of depression (MAO inhibitors or tricyclic antidepressants), medicines for the treatment of thyroid diseases hormones) may increase the risk of side effects;
medicines to treat diabetes – clenbuterol may reduce their healing effect;
beta-blockers (medicines for the treatment of hypertension, eg propranolol, atenolol, metoprolol) and clenbuterol antagonize their effects with co-administration.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
Clenbuterol is not used during the first three months of pregnancy, as in the latter, due to its suppressing effect on maternal activity. Clenbuterol Sopharma is not recommended in lactating women.
Driving and using machines
Clenbuterol Sopharma can cause shaking of the hands and anxiety, which requires increased caution when driving and using machines during treatment.
Important information about some of the ingredients of Clenbuterol
The medicinal product contains the excipient lactose. If you have an intolerance to some sugars, talk to your doctor before taking this medicine.
The composition of the tablet includes wheat starch. It does not pose a risk to people with celiac disease. Patients with wheat allergy (other than celiac disease) should not take this medicine.
3. HOW TO TAKE CLANBUTEROL
Always take Clenbuterol exactly as your doctor prescribed. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
The tablets are taken orally with liquid. The dosage and duration of treatment is determined by the attending physician.
Unless otherwise prescribed by the physician, the treatment is as follows:
Adults: 1 tablet morning and evening. Maintenance dose – 1/2 tablet twice a day. In the more severe conditions in the first days, it is recommended to have two tablets in the morning and in the evening. After improvement, the dose is reduced.
over 12 years – 1/2 tablet 2-3 times a day or 1 tablet twice daily;
6-12 years – 1/2 tablet twice daily;
Children under the age of 6 years are recommended to use syrup.
If you take more Clenbuterol Sopharma than you should
If you take more than the dose indicated in the leaflet, you may experience trembling, sweating, headache, palpitations. Ask your doctor immediately.
If you forget to take Clenbuterol
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. If it’s almost time for the next dose, take it as usual. Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose. Continue to take the medicine as prescribed.

4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS
Like all medicines, Clenbuterol can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them. Clenbuterol may occur with headache, dizziness, tremor of the limbs, tension, insomnia, rapid heartbeat, heart ache, increased blood pressure, skin rash, urinary disorders, extremely rarely paradoxical bronchospasm (difficulty breathing or wheezing), atrial fibrillation, myocardial infarction (heart attack), which requires immediate discontinuation of treatment.
Although it is unclear how often it happens, some people may sometimes experience chest pain (due to heart disorders such as angina).
Tell your doctor if you develop any of these symptoms while you are on Clenbuterol but do not stop the medicine without the advice and advice of your doctor.

5. HOW TO STORE CLANBUTEROL
Store in the original package in order to protect from light and moisture.

What Clenbuterol contains
The active ingredient is clenbuterol hydrochloride 0.02 mg per tablet.
The other ingredients are: cellulose, microcrystalline; lactose monohydrate; colloidal anhydrous silica; wheat starch; magnesium stearate; povidone K25.
